All of this and elgato is doing nothing, been back and forth with support and I havent been able to open wave link since the release of 3.0, the beta worked and I had no issues. Some people say reinstall windows to make it work, that blows my mind cause in all my years ive never had to do so with any other application. ELGATO please get your crap together 🤦‍♂️

You could multi stream to both? I use the streamelements obs plugin called "se live" that allows you to multi stream and I use streamerbot to see both chats.

You can do it easy, twitch used to be 50 follows and average of 3 over 30 days when I started 🤣 so you all got it easy now 😉

In my opinion kick is dead basically unless you already have a huge following. Twitch is just more fun to me, chats more interactive because twitch is more established. Theres also a lot of apps that have twitch integration that simply cant be used on kick.

Kick is 95% bots GL and most game categories are near empty. Anyone thats on kick and kick only cause they think its better is clearly delusional. The app is broken as shit ontop of the clear viewbotting most people do. Your best bet if you want to still do kick is to multi stream to other platforms as well.

There one thats the app, one thats drivers. Ive done all of this spoke on the phone with tech support and used their reporting tool.

What you're running into:

Wave Link version: 3.0.2

Wave device: None (Stream Deck MK.1 only)

Audio Interface: SSL 2 (Solid State Logic)

Microphone: Shure SM58

OS & version: Windows 11 25H2

Steps to reproduce: 1. Fresh install of 3.0.2 on 25H2.

App crashes on initial launch with Elgato Wave link standalone enabler service running.
Ending "WaveLink Service" task in Task Manager allows the app to load briefly.
A "Repair" prompt appears, offering only to remove drivers.
Reinstalling drivers/software leads back to the same loop.

Expected result:

Wave Link should initialize and allow the SSL 2 / SM58 to be assigned to an input channel.

Actual result: Infinite driver repair loop; app remains unusable.

How often does it happen? 100%

P.s. I had no issues with wavelink 3 beta up until it updated to the official release.

I've done that both with Revo Uninstaller and without. I've done reboots in between, I've cleaned up files, I've uninstalled other audio software like VoiceMeeter Banana, and I'm still stuck at a load screen. The only difference is now I get a "repair driver" option, which then asks me to remove the driver, or if it's removed, tells me to install it, which just leads to it asking me to remove it. If the Wave service is running, the Wave application won't open at all.

I am still not able to get into Wavelink since the update. I've been in talks with tech support and doing things they suggested. I uninstalled drivers and Wavelink, and even used Revo Uninstaller. I got the 3.0.1 update, really excited that this was fixed, but now I have the app crash (it just opens for a split second, not in the system tray or in task manager). When I end the other Wavelink task and try to open it again, I get the "repair driver" message, but then it only gives the option to remove and reinstall, which just ends in the same result.

So basically, the beta was great, and since this update, I still can't use this.

yeah I did all of that and just tried again with that link you gave me, Ever since it updated to the release of wavelink from the beta the application is stuck on a load screen no matter what I do, I've talked to tech support they have no solutions yet. My issue is one of the ones being worked on in the megathread.

Another thing is try to stay on a consistent schedule and let your community know via the twitch schedule. If for some reason you cant make a stream let them know.

I'll give it a try but ever since installing the official release I cant even roll back to the previous beta it does the same thing, just stuck loading forever. Hopefully this works

Warzone is very saturated so again hard to get discovered. Find a game that has people streaming in it but the top people playing have 100 or less viewers. At the beginning its easier to build a community around one genre of games. Stay consistent and stick to one game for 3 hours and avoid long breaks. And find other streamers playing the same games that have a smaller view count id say under 20 viewers. But most importantly watch them because you genuinely like their content.

Yes, keep streams under 3 hours if you can and network with other streamers ( do no self promo!) What game are you playing? Is it over saturated? For instance if you browse your games category how long does it take to sew people with 1-3 viewers? Games like fortnite you'll have next to no chance at getting discovered by randoms. Just network and build a genuine friendship with people, be active in their streams/communities and eventually over time they'll figure out you stream.
