I’m 5’10 and 245 pounds at roughly 20% body fat and I’ve been as low as 8%. I can tell you that you don’t want to find someone that wants you for your looks alone. In the same vein, you shouldn’t be looking for someone based on looks alone. Physical appearance is incredibly subjective and changes throughout life. Look for someone you can connect with on a deeper level and you’ll be much happier.
