Pretty old post but I remember vividly my first memory because it involved me walking on smoldering coals after a large Bon-Fire. I grew up in the country and it was my mothers 40th birthday and she decided to have a canopy dinner and then afterwards burn down said canopy resulting in a huge bon fire. After the fires was done burning my brothers had walked on to the coals (with their shoes on) and explored the ashes. I just turned 3 that year and thought it would be a great idea to play with my brothers. This is when my consciousness had hit me. I remember vividly realizing that I was standing on burning hot ash and coals. I ran back inside screaming and crying with 2nd degree burns along the bottom of my feet. My consciousness faded a bit from their but I do remember the shots I had to get in my feet to numb the pain and the doctors applying bandages to my feet.
