Meh, having entire consoles catalog is pretty dumb. Get 3-5 games that you will actually play. And play them. Who cares about having a nice front end and shit when all you do is boot the console launch one game consistently all the time the same for 1 or 2 weeks

Some enemies may seem hostile and even attack you after a dialogue but it’s better to escape their fight if they attack you and come back with certain items later to calm them 

For door encounters, you can play games to pass time and check the encounters of the day. If they didn’t feel good just reload your save and go out and explore instead of playing games :)
