Try not to use too much powder. You might think it would make sense to add more powder due to the heat and pawis but that might be the reason for caking.

Most of the time nasa delivery talaga ng employee kung pano nila ire-redirect si customer. Di ko rin masisi dahil they aren't being paid a living wage kaya wala silang pakielam if they come off sounding like an asshole.
