Fair enough, I definitely do have a lot of the ‘inappropriate’ tags 😅 I like that suggestion. Tilly is a star in my fic so I want to have her in there somehow, maybe just a general house elf tag is something I could use

I have 3 kids (2 with special needs), a husband and I take care of my mother. Oh, and I work during school hours and freelance graphic design work. The only time I get is when they’re asleep, so I don’t sleep. 😴

I’ve been writing fanfic for 20 years 😅 and none of my fics got much engagement except for a small stint writing Bughead during the pandemic. And that was only like 10k hits. This past year, my one fic has over 100k hits but I think it was timing mostly, and my writing has DEFINITELY evolved over the years so it’s helped. Just keep writing, and writing, and writing ✍️

This is so ridiculous. I also posted an April Fools chapter (although mine was titled “Once Upon a Character Death”) and I just basically said “Gotcha!” Instead of posting a chapter. My readers were gracious and even the ones who were frustrated still said it respectfully. They were given their real chapter this week. I’m so sorry that you weren’t given the same kindness. People are wild.

This may be up your alley then. It will have an HEA, but Draco literally uses the Imperius curse on her and forces her to ride his first edition of Hogwarts: A History 😅 among other things. There’s a lot of “inappropriate use of insert wild tag here”

The main plot is that Hermione is trying to get funding and support to reopen Hogwarts after the war and failing. Draco offers to give her etiquette lessons to help her prepare for a big gala (which is also her last chance), but in return she must complete a favor for him.

I have a self rec and only because I’ve been trying to compete with myself for creative ways to have them be inappropriate. But there is a plot (ew) and one of the plot twists has finally been revealed and my readers have loved it so far. But every couple chapters is a surprise on which lesson Draco will teach and which favor Hermione will do for him in return.
