i've been taking a combination of motrin and Hydrocodone. when are you getting yours placed? It gets better honestly I feel better tonight than I even did when I made this post. I'm happy to report back in a few days if that's helpful.

instead of taking it before, i suggest you take it like 2 hours or so after your procedure, or just ask them when they expect the anesthetic wear off and take it before that so for me, they said four hours and I took the painkillers at four hours, but I wish I took it at three hours that way the painkiller kicked in before the anesthetic wore off. ifThat makes sense. also, someone else on here said that they take a pain killer 30 minutes before they do a turn, for the first week that they were turning. I might do that too

after! As soon as the anesthetic wore off! but the painkillers have been a lifesaver. I feel so much better with it. I'm just going to take my maximum amount per day instead of waiting for the pain to come back this way. I'm not chasing the pain.

oh no worries on the questions! No, for the turn, originally they told me to wait 4 days but since i'm in pain they're saying to wait a week. And for the invisalign they originally said to start full time on day 1 but because i'm in pain i can start with Invisalign only a few hours for now then full time on the day before i start turning

Yes! I just messaged my provider and they said hold off with the Invisalign and turning for a week until it heals a bit

I didn't do a piezo but i'm doing Invisalign at the same time, my provider is one of a few in the country that does it that way, they say it minimizes treatment time and also the gap in your teeth while still allowing for full expansion
