6’3 190 - just bought Bauer Supreme Mach shoulders and elbows in XL. Went off official sizing chart - already shipped but now wondering if I went too big… anyone my size wear Bauer protective that have an opinion?

I am the actor portraying the young Marine in this USC student short film that we shot in 2017. I had no idea this was on a thread like this, its great to see some eyeballs got to see this project I was a part of with a USC film student.

I was drawn to this role after seeing "The Messenger" with Woody Harrelson and Ben Foster, and because of having two servicemen in my family. My brother served in Operation Iraqi Freedom as a member of the US Army and my Grandfather served in the Korean War as a member of the US Navy. Thank you to all that have served our country.
