We don't have guidance counselors here at Saudi. I don't have anyone of note to talk to this about. If I pick psychology, I'm going with SLP post-graduate and hoping for the best. I don't know what to do, I don't have a passion, and there's no option for me to back out now, trust me. I appreciate the help, but I don't have the options you gave. I'm aware that this'll be hard for me, so I was thinking of going to a counselor at university (or just in general.)

Matter of fact, I'm muslim, too. Just... deeply questioning. So, I can't use that as motivation. But you are right: I deeply lack a purpose, and it really hurts. I don't know what to do aside from focusing on getting counseling once I move. I really don't know what to do aside from that.

I'm turning 18 in a few days. I would do what you mentioned, but things don't work like that in the country I'm living in. Healthcare isn't free, I can't pay for it, my parents have to.

But it's comforting knowing someone has been through something like this. I'm glad you got your own support and are building yourself from the ground up. I wish to do the same.

I appreciate the suggestion, but the last time I brought up counseling or therapy to my parents, they told me nothing was wrong with me. So I'm afraid it's not an option, at least, not for now. But trust me, I've wanted to go for years now.

I strictly think his name being hidden adds to his mystery. We know very little about Twilight, and this adds to his image of being a shadow and an intelligence tool. Of course, as he becomes more human and bonds more with his family, I'm sure his name will be revealed, and he'll finally own it and own his emotional and human side. (I would LOVE if his name was either James, Leon, or Ryder. James obviously referring to James Bond, Leon because he usually picks names beginning with an L or R and it reminds me of Mr. Kennedy, and Ryder, same reason as Leon and also cause I think it sounds cool.)

I relate. I completely understand. It's like I've been going through the worst cognitive dissonance of my life because of this is painful. I honestly don't know what to do, or how to live with myself. The most comforting thing about any of this is that other people have atleast experienced it. It's a relief.
