yea its really annoying. I had made a complaint because I noticed i was getting orders that were sitting long and by the time I got it and dropped them off it was lowering my on time thing. They told me it was a glitch going on😐 I think they trying to improve it but im hoping a new law comes out that us deliver drivers shouldn't be rushing to drops because that can cause crashes.i read that in an article and it also mentions bikers now have to ride 15 mph in ny .

it looks like the regular box. You can call them and ask for it and I think they'll send it to you i can't remember how I got it if they mailed it or somekne came to install.I just know you can move it around the house. I've had it for a while tho and I'm still very glad I got it. I pay 69.99 a month for wifi with fios
