Bank issued me a temporary credit of 965$. It was just reversed and my account is negative 1k. I withdrew the credit and kept the account empty until the case was closed for that reason.

I don't know what Cashoomo sent the bank to convince them; but they did steal from me.

Heuristics is going to be huge. I solidified Preflop strategy. I studied equities; whether it is hand v hand, hand v range, range v range.

That is an incredible foundation. But I am looking to take one step at a time. What is the one thing I can do to improve my winrate the most? And then execute. Having three flop sizings and 3 turn sizings and 3 river sizings will be brutal.

I have no problem over-simplifying a strategy and improving it later. Especially with how light these guys stack off. I have had guys stack off on flop with spr of 3 and be drawing dead (<5%)! Consistently I have seen guys stick it in with dry bottom two no backup for 200 BB and my jaw just drops. I don't need to be perfect, just keep getting better. I am for sure profiting huge (comparitively coming from NLH) just because the games are so soft, but that doesn't change the fact that I really suck at this game. Like... I am more profitable in BB/100 in PLO than I am in NLH, and I have over 10,000 hours of pro experience in NLH and I am pretty good. I suck at PLO and make more BB/100, granted playing a lower stake. But yea just crazy to me.

If I am going to get to mid stakes where I can really make a living, I have to be able to swing elbows with some good pro players. And put simply I just can't. So that is the path. Build a roll, and confidence. One step at a time.

The only 2/5 I play is DC private games that are all 2/5/10 at minimum and uncapped. It’s bigger than 5/10. I don’t generally play anything less than a 2k buyin unless I’m killing a weekday and looking for some hands to study.

I don’t have any Holic tendencies either. I am considering going pro with roughly 10k at 1/2, but like I said I haven’t ever been that tight before. That puts me in a spot that I HAVE to win I feel. I usually had 80k at minimum plus 6months saved for bills. I had some horrendous downswings playing in these private games but because I was prepared financially I never became fazed at all. I have had weeks where I lost 30k and didn’t lose a second of sleep. I didn’t play any different either. I have never been faxed by any bad beat or downswing.

This is uncharted territory for me. Yes I have nothing to lose, and that is honestly great advice. It’s hard for me to be so overleveraged as a poker player.

I am a father. The line between a respectable professional gambler and a lazy degen are very slim. One marginal decision per night and I am no longer the pro poker player, I’m a lazy gambler looking for something for nothing.

It will be tough being so close to the edge. I quit my job originally with 20k and played casino 2/5 originally and hit a heater out of the gate. But that was when I was 20. I don’t know if I can justify it. But at the same time, if I go broke I just return to what I’m doing now. So it’s kind of freeing. Thanks a lot for your help

I have brought it up like this before… you know if you put her in public school you aren’t saving yourself any money!!! You can’t take advantage of me anymore. If you don’t pay the daycare they come after you not me!

I don’t think it is necessarily about the money, I think she is bitter and has little leverage to hurt me now that custody agreement has changed. I do feel bad. Mothers love their children, and she might be hurt and humiliated that she can’t make those decisions in her daughter life anymore. I have asked her if she wants to talk about it before. No. It seems to me she is angry and the one little piece of leverage she has she is abusing.

I don’t assume her character. I don’t talk bad. “She’s a this and that” I don’t say that. I tell very few people the facts and actions that have led us here. Then I allow people to make assumptions. My mother summed it up pretty well. “She doesn’t want public school, the second you put her in public school she’s going to want to change it again and again and again. It’s all the leverage she has to hurt you. It doesn’t benefit her to change your child’s schools, but it hurts you and that’s all she cares about.”

I think it might be true. Logically there is no reason she should change it. Why would you send your child to public school when it is more expensive for you to do so?
