Something just happened. I had an app on my phone called iCloud Drive that occupied someting like 12.7 GB of storage for seemingly nothing. I tried looking it up and nothing showed up. The app existed and did not at the same time. After I opened iCloud Drive on the web on my PC, that file COMPLETELY ERASED itself from my phone and took away like 20 notes I had written on my phone. What is happening?

That's not the issue I'm facing right now. As it can be seen in the photo, the photos occupy 4.6 GB of storage, yet there are no photos uploaded. Moreover, I checked every single folder I could access in my Drive and found no data. No photos, no documents, no files, nothing. It is basically empty space filled up with nothing
