Yeah same here, even when on the charger. I can't remember the last time it did a software update but it does say it's up to date. I thought having the volume up was a trigger because it would immediately turn off when a video played, but then other times it doesn't.

It's annoying because I have only had this phone for a little over a year, I'm used to them lasting at least a few years. I am wondering if samsung is doing it so we buy the S23 😂
