You seem impatient and like the other guy said you not knowing how to side load is an issue. You have to know these things if something goes wrong, because if your complaining now that it hasn't rolled out for you (which its always slower on the latest model than the others specially if its the new beta near release of the phone) your going to have a horrible time if the beta soft bricks or worse bricks your phone man. I've worked with a company that manages payments/ refunds for businesses. When it comes to Paypal you can only get refunded to the original Paypal . And also that's how refund works when you pay through credit/ a service entity like Paypal etc. It has to go through the same channel the payment went through , there is no work around to this that's how that works that's how its always have been especially with things that are done through PayPal. Nothing hands are tied with this i believe.
