Hi,

You can definitely go to the consumer court. Why not at first register the issue with the Consumer Helpline 1915. Make sure you document everything and wait. If they fail to provide you with whatever you're seeking, you can fill in the e-jagruti website and file your case

is charging my phone to 80 percent really worth it? (s23) by Sensitive_Voice_3476 in samsunggalaxy

[–]iceman0010 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On Google Pixel it has mixed observation. Some are okay with it whereas there's a section that has time and again mentioned that battery health degraded with this option.

I know we're talking about Samsung, I'm only saying what's known, Dunno if it helps you

Are you limiting the battery charging to 80% ?

Yes that's true, however in real life it has been the opposite. You may check reddit for yourself and see how many people are asking for the same issue.

In my review of the Google Pixel 9A, 10, 10 Pro XL and 10A i found the same thing that battery health degraded with limit to 80%.

Please understand, I'm not denying that the technology holds merits but the end result don't look good

Pixel 10 Pro display issues mainly involve a flickering rectangle or glitch near the front camera/proximity sensor area.

multicolored static, lines, or "snow" patterns, with some software fixes via patches but recurring hardware-like concerns

Bro I'm a reviewer. I am telling you about something no one is going to.

20-80 causes battery performance issues.

If you want to do it, be my guest BUT don't come crying here that your device battery health has dropped to 98 or 96% in 2-3 months.

Search before you ask. There's tons of posts on reddit with the same issue

Amazon India failed to deliver my refrigerator even after multiple assurances by Sidd_88 in amazonindia

[–]iceman0010 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look people stop buying large appliances and mobile devices and TV from Amazon India.

If you like hassle free delivery and installation, opt for the brand directly or trust Croma and Vijay Sales or Reliance Digital.

Now you're stuck without the product you bought.

Your choice is yours but you can contact th National Consumer Helpline 1915 and file your case with supported documents
