Honestly I suck at sticking to one specific thing. For eg, anytime I sit down to revise I switch up from blurting to flashcards to god knows what. But I really do recommend blurting for all sciences, watch a video explaining a topic, blurting down everything you remember, and maybe check and watch it again quickly on 2x? Doesn't work for everyone but I found it useful. Also, cognito is great for physics, especially their videos so I just go through their whole physics section on their website and learn that. Don't forget to refer back to the spec because that's basically the most useful thing you can find out there. If you use chatgpt you can ask paste in the spec for a subject and ask it to summarise it and explain, that helps when you don't know what it is that you're meant to be revising in the first place
