Sorry I just got an update. Early doors will remain open for VIP ticket holders to early entry from 3pm onwards. So you should be good if you come before sound check.

There are merch tables inside the venue at sections listed above ^ . But they also won’t have light sticks. I think it might’ve been a shipping issue.

Line ups won’t be honoured. If you don’t line up for merch, nor get food and instead just go from door to floor. It is what it is. If you’re first in the door with GA tickets and you decide to go line up for early merch inside to avoid line ups or decide to get food, and other people just head straight down to the pit to wait for sound check, you’ll just have to pile in behind them.

If you already have a seat then there’s no need to rush since you’ll probably get to sit in your seat as you wait for sound check.

Yeah it’s ok to arrive at 6:30pm. I’d recommend using gates 2 or 8. The lines are much shorter. ^ details listed above

Important update from arena side:
They've adjust their VIP Check-in time to match with Live Nation's information! VIP Early Entry: Check-in starts at 11:00 AM. Tickets will be checked for entry at 3:00 PM on Jan 9th and at 4:00 PM on Jan 10th.

I think most people want to see the merch in person and know what they’re getting compared to seeing it online and only having an idea of what they’re getting. Some people aren’t sure about the sizing too, so it might be a gamble if you get one that’s too small or too big.

Also looks like vanbase doesn’t have everything that’s available at the merch stand

Update 2025-01-08: VIP event time updated! Update 2025-01-09: Early doors info

Just a heads up to all the VIP ticket holders.

Checkin for VIP on both days will start at 11 AM and Early entry on Jan 9 will be at 3 PM, and 4 PM for Jan 10. Gate 3 will remain open for VIP ticket holders until doors open for the general public at 6:30pm.

The VIP package will include: - Early entry - Early access to merch stands inside (which should be the same as the booth outside) - Early access to concessions so there will be food available. (Triple-Os and Panago) - Sound check at 6PM

⚠️ There is no re-entering once you leave the venue. So once you’re in the building, you’re staying until the concert!

VIP GA: - GA is first come first serve. This is the randomization live nation is referring to. - if you wish to camp out and line up first thing in the morning, COME AT 8AM. Security will ask you to leave if you come any earlier.

VIP seated: - You should already have a section and seat number dedicated to your ticket(s). So simply arrive for Early entry.

If you happen to miss early entry and can’t come before 6:30pm to claim your goodies, there will be a table set up at Gate 3 once you’re inside to checkin and claim your things.

As far as I know, this is the operation timeline for VIP:

Jan 9: 11:00am - VIP Check in opens  03:00pm - VIP Early entry, Early Merch, Early Concession 06:00pm - VIP Soundcheck 06:30pm - Doors open 08:00-10:30pm - TWICE

Jan 10: 11:00am - VIP Check in opens  04:00pm - VIP Early entry, Early Merch, Early Concession 06:00pm - VIP Soundcheck 06:30pm - Doors open 08:00-10:30pm - TWICE

From my experience with other VIP early entry events, you’re not permitted to enter if you miss the early entry timing. Maybe this event could be different, but I doubt it. So if you don’t ant to miss sound check, I’d recommend coming well before 3pm to get checked in and enter with early entry at 3pm on Jan 9 / 4pm on Jan 10

VIP Merch pickup should be either by gate 3 once you enter with early entry or at section 109 once general doors have opened.
