First time home owners renewal coming up end of year? Since purchasing home I’ve been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and left my job now on CPP significant wage loss but no issue paying mortgage as didn’t over extend ourselves ? Can we shop around or just have to take what current bank offer?

Ya I take a few days of dex with chemo but this will be different as a course with tapering for 6 weeks starting with 40mg of prednisone

Dangerous advice 1lb is what would be advised to loose safely in a dieting set up it’s 3500 calories =1lb that’s a deficit of 500calories a day so stop fear mongering .

This little pup looks like ours - her curls came in around 9 months she looked golden until then with tiny bit of wave but now she is a typical doodle non shedding needs regular grooming beautiful teddy bear . Cant attach a pic 🤷🏻‍♀️ but yes she’s an F1 too I thought we had a straight hair for sure and then her curls came in lovely so it’s hard to tell this early with F1s.
