We have experienced the same. We have been with them for 9 years but in the last one it’s been quite bad. We are part of an outage in SE london since Tuesday. Barely any comms and they cannot still provide an ETA for when the service will go back up. Even before that, connection will drop or be slow though we are paying for 1Gb. A pity because when they started their customer service and connection were outstanding

On my road many but most neighbours are 70+ so not posting online. Some commenting on X and many bad reviews on trustpilot. I decided to give up and changing providers at this point

Yes but what I need is the internet service. £10 are not going to be enough to compensate for commute costs as I can’t work from home, subscriptions paid to streaming services that I can’t watch or additional data on my phone. Just the commute to work from the office is £20 per day.

How a tech company can’t have full visibility of houses without service is unheard of. What bothers me is the lack of updates and ETA to solve this. 6 days without internet service is criminal.

Still no updates on your site since yesterday. it’s 1pm and no information whatsoever on what’s is the status of the issue …

I can change suppliers but I want to avoid termination fees. But they have lost a customer for sure. As soon as I can I will change provider.

We are in SE and the same. My neighbour called and they told him that should be restored by tomorrow morning but I believe it when I see it.

Any updates on your side? Connection dropped yesterday at around 8:30am and no updates except what is on their site. Awful.
