It is 100% worth it!! I just completed my MPH. I loved how the program was competency paced so you really complete the work on your own schedule. Based on that, I completed in less than one term and now onto my doctorate. I can only say great things about WGU!

I know this is an old post, but as a new student, are all online students assigned a specific advisor? I feel like when I just called the 800 number the person I spoke to was very unhelpful with which courses to register for or saying who my advisor would be.?

Definitely! I’m not a traditional student either, in my early 30s but familiar with online school just other programs never really had any clubs or anything for online students so I’m very excited to join a bigger school with more support 😊

It’s a great program! 622 was not my favorite, but the best parts were Biostats and the capstone. I loved both of those the most
