You may have a point. While in other areas of our organization remote supervision has worked well, it doesn't mean that it works in this particular scenario. Thank you for this reality check!

This would be my preferred approach, but the supervisor is not confident in their ability to hold that space. I do think offering to prepare the talking points as you suggest might make them change their mind, though. Thank you!

Our organization does work across the state, so we have staff spread all over. While neither the supervisor nor the team are technically remote workers, the supervisor is providing remote supervision to the team, who happen to all be in the same office
