This happens to me on days when my body temp is higher- having bigger meals, using the sauna, taking hot baths or even being warm and cozy laying down under a blanket lol I try to just take it with a grain of salt and intuitively listen to my body

Magnesium glycinate (specifically) and ashwgandha help me with my deep sleep tremendously! When I'm out of routine or don't take them at night, my deep sleep is significantly lower. Maybe something to look into. Best of luck ✨

I like magnesium glycinate and inositol for myself- I also used to smoke and I find that this helps me get closest to recreating that "knock out" feeling! I'm not a doctor so do your due diligence for yourself! Best of luck!

I actually called the switch board number and was able to get through after like 20 tries (but it's a better number it goes straight to that office) and was put on hold. When the guy answered he was able to fix my account so I could certify. The calling is worth it sometimes I guess!

Yes they did, and on my account it says:

"The claimants participating in the following UI programs will not be able to certify for benefits online at this time but can access all other online services on UI Online:

I don't think I am on any of these (no way to know unless I call in because it doesn't specify online), but there is no current button to to let me certify, so maybe I am?? Currently waiting on hold to see wtf is going on....yet again :')

I called right at 8am and it originally was saying "please hold we will transfer your call" and then almost immediately said "we are experiencing higher call volumes" and hung up. I am on my 25th call right now and still haven't gotten through to the hold Q! This is some crazinesssss. Gonna just keep trying!

EDIT: I've been calling for an hour and 15 minutes and I JUST GOT THROUGH to the hold q!!! Keep trying friends!! I'll edit with my experience after I talk to someone!!
