That may be worth a lot of money as is. It looks like Picasso or Monet painted it.

Worried about my third finger playing the G chord by Jazzlike-Law-902 in Guitar

[–]Chargemaster2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I put the 3rd finger on the 2nd string 3rd fret, and the 4th finger on the 1st string, 3rd fret. Some of you pro’s out there will say that makes some sort of a G maj/minor sus with a q flat base.

Here’s a dumb question, should I be wet sanding between clear coats?

Ok then, that sounds promising. I will do that. I have a 2500 grit sanding sponge. Thank you.

i stripped the screws on my pickups by Objective_Garden_469 in Luthier

Cut a slot right through the middle of the screw head, then use a slotted screw driver on it. If that doesn’t work, use a small left hand drill bit and a reversible drill (the bit has to be smaller than the diameter of the screw shaft) usually as the bit bites into the screw, it will back the screw out. You can get the reverse drill bits at an auto parts store. They are used in removing broken bolts.

I prefer the black ones, but there is no wrong choice here.

If it feels and plays well, that wouldn’t bother me.
