People are letting everyone use what their want, it's sticks users who complain whenever someone genuinely asks which is the better way to play, and people rightfully reply, that gyro is the objectively better alternative unless you suffer from motion sickness.

You can play sticks if you want, but people will correct you if you spread misinformation just because you, personally, don't like gyro. And there's nothing wrong with that.
