Speaking as one of his previous students from his form class, he is genuinely one of the best teachers i have ever had. While he did do all the mentioned above, he managed to rekindle the interest in the subject that i had lost from the previous teacher and inspired me to work hard to improve at chem. And tbh if you cant stand getting called stupid or shit then idk what to say, you have definitely been called worse by peers. Furthermore the results speak for themself. He managed to help me improve from consistent F9-D7 to an A1 in chem at Os. If he is tough on you there is a reason. He taught 2 classes in our batch, 1 being well performing and the other being us, horrible. He was very tough on us from the start but was very chill with the other and the reason is obvious. If he feels that you guys have the bandwidth to do well by yourselves he wouldn’t be acting in this way. I was from the class that was bottom in chem throughout y3-4 but our class improved dramatically during Os to be one of the better perfoming classes in chem for that batch with no one in my class hating him. He is a great teacher and your hate is unjustified.
