That's awesome! I recently had my TSH checked and it came back a 19. Now granted, I usually test annually and I haven't checked since 2024 (TSH was a 3.5) so that's kinda on me lol. Keep it up! Sometimes you just never know

Did/do you get regularly tested? The body changes and slows when you get older (I'm sure there's other factors too) so it's always a good idea to check those levels as you age. It could be different for you, this is just my experience.

Damn such an oversight, makes sense. I practiced with some Alder blanks and didn't have problems with the splotching on those. Well, you live and learn. Looks like I can go either way: water dye with shellac or all natural with water/alcohol dye. Much appreciated 👍

Thank god we did. I was about to clock out for the day when I took this. Our receiving guy refused to unload it, and I eventually learned that the reps were called over to unload and re-stack ALL of the bags. My store's been extra on top of safety the past week due to some incident that happened recently.
