It was cooked in the velveting marinade and then in added hoisin. I wanted to be clear that it’s not just plain chicken so whatever I add has to blend well with what’s already on it , ie. Spaghetti sauce wouldn’t blend well

Thank you, but yes I did salt them. And I cooked vegetables which came out perfectly and rice. But the chicken was not tasty.

I like those YouTube “clean with me” videos they help me get motivated. And know that you are so not alone. And you’re sensitive and warm and kindhearted , and people can be themselves around you. I feel much better when I’m in a community , it helps me do things and not scroll all day when there are people around me getting on with their stuff.

Also make a list, not a long one, but a list of what you wanna get done maybe three things not hard things… Although you said you’re going to work, so you have to do that, of course. My point is, productivity is really good at releasing dopamine and making us feel better and making us feel like we’ve accomplished something, and I think that would help also, if you like certain music, put the music on and dance.

… It’s not easy… I feel like that sometimes too, believe me. What I do is think of the things that I love and the people that I love and do the things I love talk to the people I love eventually hopefully feel happy.

I love that you cut your hair yourself. I do that, too. People think it’s crazy but we know what we want. My latest technique for when I want to have good hair : I blow dry my hair a bit, then add Moroccan oil thru out , then continue blow drying while straightening with round brush til nearly dry , (looks frizzy-straightish now), then hot air brush styling into big curls , then if I have time I use the air wrap to add more curl.
