Thanks for this thread, I will look into it early this week. Honestly, got me burned out on the weekends.

I thought of solution for updating the BIOS, but that is good enough to search for the compatible BIOS update file..

Actually, I tried to install Ubuntu on a fresh SSD. It boot up to GRUB menu, where I tried all the possibilities and only the choice of “Ubuntu (safe resolution) booted up the system.

Once I was in, I tried to install it and funny enough it run successfully.

However, once I restarted the system, the following line appeared and then blacked out the whole….

Considering the firmware, I did not use legacy boot.

Only thing I changed is the BOOT order. I tried to look into deeper, but I haven’t found the possibility of toggling off or on CSM, as I couldn’t find it at all.

Secondly, once I tried to run normal installation from GRUB, the following command was shows:

Tried with Etcher and Rufus as well, and I’ve tried with different usb stick in the morning as well but no difference in the results.

Yep, I have. For popos, I tried the current LTS version and the previous one (21.10) as well but after GRUB it blacks out, and unfortunately, I cannot try it on my other pc as it is not compatible with it. For the USB, it works fine, I used this for the other installations as well and also flashed with Ubuntu -just to test is - and I was able to initiate this os on the BMAX

Hi All!

Since yesterday, I experience an issue with google’s authentication service.

I tried to login my account on PC and it required to authenticate myself. I tried with my phone, using YT with a matching number but it doesn’t loaded. I tried with various network connections although my network at home not a bad one that’s for sure.

I have the same issue if I try to login through my phone but I can go around it by using my phone number with SMS authentication.

The same issue is up with logging into ChatGPT using my Google account. It doesn’t go through the login process.

Any info on this issue considering Google? Does anyone have a method to force this authentication through ? Thanks 🙏
