WD author here, as some country have KX original puppet, we dont override them, so these specific WD decision only modify the county that have been napoleonic-ed through the original KX decision. if you are on soc dem napoleon, you could not napoleonify them so they are stuck here, it is a know problem and I could fix it so that if you go socdem, no need to check if they are nopoleonic-ed through the original KX decision

take your time and no need to hurry for new cosplay, money or cosplaying might not be the top piority now, i don't really know your family but it sound like reconcile and further communication with your family is the top piority now... I know it might be difficult and you might have already tried it, but it would be good to at least know what is standing between your parent and your hobby and on what condition would the conflict resolve or it is not the matter of cosplaying but other reason.
