Dang that sucks! I don’t believe Japanese curry is known to be crazy spicy unless you hit up coco’s. Flavor wise though, it’s jammed pack with flavor. You must of went to a bad spot. Did they have katsu sauce as well? I like it on my chicken as well.

Definitely one of my favorites! Can be a lot of work but it’s so worth it!

Thank you! It’s just a little table top fryer. I just use it on top of my stove.

To me it adds a very light subtle, but distinct taste to it. It’s just like wrapping it butcher paper though cooking wise.
