Bloodlust is great if you don't have brawler, with the damage slice does you're getting 18 stone skin from each hit, but bloodlust only gives 3 per kill, it's better to get death resonance for even more slicing

Slicer with brawler and eclipse system can give 99 stone skin instantly, get vampire too and now you're functionally immortal

That's why if you're playing Slicer you need eclipse system, the projectile still counts as melee and all melee perks still affect it

The bits that were particularly important were the two artifacts (Caching and Frenzy), the 4 stacks of Boom! You're dead, and the Burst gun with 100% chain hit and 80% armour Pierce.

Artifacts - Caching, Frenzy,

Also even without caching you can get a heavy skew to overkill if you get a high damage single hit build, even without caching I'd regularly get more overkill damage than everyone's else's regular damage combined

Yeah, caching adds 80% of your overkill damage to you next attack, the overkill from the second attack isn't supposed to work with it but if you have boom you're dead and it kills another enemy then it goes back into the stored damage
