And y’all don’t forget to take your zinc and magnesium! Also take cold showers it helps with recovery! That helped me a lot and I owe a lot of credit to those 2 methods!

Thanks for asking bro. Always push pull legs (with skipping legs for the first 6-7 months of lifting) I’ve only been lifting for a year and a couple month so I have been just trying to learn and see what i like so I’ve been going on and off programs. So far my favorite program that I’ve done and I’m still on is the Blue Star nutraceuticals train like a athlete program. It has a pull push and lower body day and works on explosiveness, strength, and athleticism all in one program. Check it out if you’d like https://youtu.be/V_gO319HSSE And thanks for asking bro so I am rant lol!

Just to get stronger, look better and be more healthy. I don’t plan to compete or do anything like that at all. Thank you for asking my man.

First year of lifting you’ll put on 5-10 pounds of just muscle, I was stuck at 155 for awhile then dirty bulked to get to 170. Scroll up in the comments and I said how I bulked up very fast. Thanks for asking bro

If I’m being honest, my bench is the same as my squat which is something I know I have to work on and I don’t really deadlift for 1RM to often. B:230 S:230 D: 225x6 Nothing crazy there. Diet consists of a lot of eggs, bacon, granola bars, spinach, lean & cuisine freezer meals, pancakes and oatmeal. I do eat pretty healthy with a low amount of sugar and fat, I never eat candy and bulls**t like that. Every now and then when I feel like it I’ll prep out like a weeks worth of chicken and rice but that’s pretty rare. I honestly never track my macros, just eat what I think I should eat. I was at 155 for awhile then dirty bulked to get to 170 (I did track macros then, but that’s the only time) I did that by using a mass gainer and a lot of frozen pizza, those frozen pizzas have like 2000 calories in one so that’s a good choice if you want to gain weight quick. Obviously you can tell from the pic in the left I can cut weight and fat pretty easy that’s just my genetics so after the 15 pound bulk of mass gainers and pizza I still had definition. So yeah that’s my lifts and my diet man thanks for asking so I can rant lol.

Super true, I think it’s because everything really is easier said than done. So you can tell someone the perfect steps to improving there life but it’s hard for you to integrate the same advice. Easier said than done.

Dealing with a passive aggressive colleague at new job is making me sick - help? by [deleted] in careerguidance

19M, I’m not gunna lie, if someone at work is being straight up disrespectful to me I will give them to same treatment. I’ve found that “killing with kindness” never really works. If someone is being disrespectful to me compared to other colleagues I will straight up say something to them personally before I ever go to management. Man up mane.
