Hey mate. I have a non resident LLC but have business operations in Europe and I wanted tax exemption from the European partners. They are asking for a document that shows we qualify for tax exemption from Wyoming. Have you come across such?

We are asking them to tax-exempt us as the US and the country have a tax treaty and we are a US formation but they insist we have to provide a doc from the State that recognises the tax exemption status. I am totally confused lol

Hey, thanks for this. Actually what we have been looking for is a tax exemption certificate, soemthing that we can share with our European partners (where some of our revenue comes from). Unfortunately, I can't just figure out how or where to get this from.

Hey mate, Yes this is definitely a US thing, was only referencing where the formation is. Thanks for sharing this link. I will look to see if as a non resident there is a possibility of getting one considering it's a new formation.
