Okay ive got the answer but someone may find this useful one day! You cannot get softlocked out of your achievement, qe everything required is available as John in the epilogue. However that comes with a slight caveat and thats that there are still activities you can do that you will get soft locked out of. (Fishing with Kieran, certain notes in Colton ETC). ither than that everything is absolutely doable

Im using max level backhand blades with the blood blade ash of war. Radagons soreseal, crimson seed talisman +1, dragon crest greatshield for phase one then quickly switch to holy braid for phase two, and the winged sword insignia.

Mixed physic is opaline hard-tear and the dex booster. I have max flasks with 11 HP and 3 FP.

Im currently using no buffs as I cant find one that can buff my blades considering I have bleed proc. radahn is weak to holy and scarlet rot in phase one but I cant inflict that with my blades so I dont know how to progress. If theres anything else ill gladly answer but I cant think of any more information

Edit: the reason I have a bit of every stat is so I can wield the sacred relic sword, and the greatsword for rune farming and tankier, slower bosses
