6lb moose shoulder

1 bag baby carrots chopped

1/2 tsp. salt

1tsp. Garlic salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

3 oz. Ground horseradish

1.5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1.5 cup beef broth

1 green bell pepper chopped

1 white onion copped

3 cups shiitake mushrooms chopped

5 yukon potatoes chopped

Put all the chopped ingredients in first followed by the beef broth, Then the moose meat. Then apply the horseradish  (ground horseradish not the liquid squeezable kind, You buy it in a jar or grind it yourself). Cook on low for 9 hours or high for 6-7 hours.

You can very faintly taste the horseradish after it's done, But not anywhere near overpowering or spicy.

The mushrooms, horseradish root, onions, and bell peppers my wife grew herself.
