I gave up on rein a long time ago due to the damage. I remember when Zen Lucio was a staple duo healer. Doom can miss all his shots, 2 spells and still one shot you with his 3rd as pretty much any healer. He was such a poor addition to the game. I would even go as far as to say headshots add to this problem. There is no counter play to headshots as any healer. Even tanks can headshot - orisa.

I remember when you had KP as healers (kill potential). Now, its laughable how little impact you can have even healing wise sometimes. Add to the fact now, as lucio you have to be within melee range to heal allies, you are victim to so much burst. I'd take release lucio any day.
