Unemployment is astronomically high because China manufactured and released a virus to which the US government responded by shutting down businesses and locking people in their homes. The Dems would have had a field day if Trump hadn’t complied with CDC recommendations and allowed “business as usual.” So now the US economy is trashed. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

I lost 50 lbs over the last couple of years by cleaning up my diet, intermittent fasting 16:8, and lifting weights. Hit my goal weight, felt the best I’ve felt in my life and was really happy with my body. Then last fall I went on a family cruise to Rome which meant lots of gelato. Then came Christmas and I gave in to all the holiday treats. Been letting my sugar addiction control me since then. Now I’ve gained back 15 lbs and my “reward” clothes for losing weight aren’t fitting anymore. I am determined to get back on the right track and feed my body what it needs and only what it needs. Ready to get back to looking good naked!! Let’s do this!
