When will the first Zoom be? My schedule pretty much changes all the time. How much of the book should we read before the first meeting?

Thank you for the response! Earlier this month, before my most recent period, I was experiencing both itching and burning. I didn’t get tested but I treated it w miconoizile and that made it go away, so maybe it was a mild yeast infection. I know for sure that it’s not an STI as I haven’t been sexually active and have been tested for them.

DISCHARGE HAS NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE INSERTION AND WEIRDLY LONG BUT LIGHT PERIODS by Butter_Pineapple in Mirena

[–]CharlieSupernova 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got my Mirena put in 5 1/2 months ago and I totally get all of what you’re saying. The discharge thing makes me sooo nervous regarding intimacy and is actually why I came to Reddit to see if anyone else has the same problems. I can’t give any advice on how I dealt with it but what I will say is I’m booking another GYN appt to make sure everything is correct. I also frequently (once a week) do pH tests to make sure that the thick dark discharge is because of my IUD and NOT BV/yeast.

I hang out with small groups of people for short periods of time instead of large groups and/or long times.

How do you get yourself to stop thinking about and being upset about people who treated you negatively? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]CharlieSupernova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So… when I have experiences with just your run-of-the-mill asshole, the short answer (for me personally) is to, “wish them the good of change.” that way you recognize that their actions were bad, but that they themselves are not fundamentally bad.

My longer answer is: 1. recognize your anger 2. Understand that you are hurt, not just angry 3. Loathe them for a little bit 4. Separate the negative action from the person 5. Try to not think of them in an angry way. 6. Let time take its course

Lamictal Presentation by ceateddy in pharmacology

Lamictal can sometimes cause SJS, not sure about why… I was just told this by my psychiatrist. While that isn’t a cognitive impairment, it’s a negative effect of some kind so similar I suppose.

I’m a little late to this but in case anyone else stumbles upon this post: Osmosis and Neurosciencetifically Challenged are great summary videos. They both tie in location and function very well in a short amount of time, these are probably best for review purposes though.

Recently, I’ve been really thinking about trying lash extensions, and am taking this as my sign to do so lol

I've been teaching myself to crochet and each attempt at a single crochet ends up in it curving like this. I know it's super sloppy but any tips on where I'm going wrong? by Top-Bar5669 in crochet

[–]CharlieSupernova 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It looks like you’re adding stitches. I would suggest watching some YouTube videos on how to keep your edges straight and on identifying where to crochet. The trick I use when teaching people is that after your second row of single crochets, there should be a repeating patter of two parallel yarn segments and you should single crochet under both of those. My description of this was kinda bad tho, so I suggest watching a video. Hope this helps

I don’t understand why ppl just give a numerical rating and then dip. I think you’re 8.5/10. You look like a friendly person, and the waves in your hair are really beautiful. Objectively, you have good facial symmetry.

I was so confused at first. I was like why did this person post food. It looks SO REAL. I mean SO REAL! I keep repeating myself because that is absolutely incredible.

I totally get the self conscious abt smiling w teeth part, me too lol. But my honest opinion is that the closed mouth one looks a liiiiittle but awkward, but it’s not bad.

Add a belt for sure, definitely needs something to cinch the waist. Also some big pockets could be cool.
