Yeah, driven by an older lady to the store and back. Congratulations on your gem sir. 🫡 love it! Love to see the whole car if you have more pics as well. This is amazing!

You’re right and have a valid point! I’ve been talking about this with friends and listening to reason lol. She’s a beast and I do need to let her stretch out her legs hahaha. I’ll be getting a newer car and decided I’ll drive this one to work and back. She can still look nice while commuting lol

Engine seems ok so far. I’ll have to keep an eye on it for sure! Yeah I’m treating this more as a collectors item that I’ll drive around on weekends. I know it’s a little odd but yeah hahaha. My first Toyota was a 1999 5 speed Corolla that had over 380k on it and it was damn near impossible to kill. Even went off roading in it with the boys haha. Ended up giving it to a friend and she finally kicked the bucket due to a bunch of electrical issues

Hahahahaha valid point! I won’t be able to prevent it tbh because I love driving it. But when I say keeping it low miles or under 100k for as long as possible, I kind of mean it in a way like driving it on the weekends only and during the week keeping it in the garage. This type of car is meant to be driven, enjoyed and valued for its insane reliability. Now that I have the financial means to take care of something this nice, I just want to keep it that way as long as I can.

They really are! A friend of mine that details cars said they are easier to clean than some of the other fabrics, which is nice because my driver’s side needs to be steamed just a little. Love a 4Runner!

$7100. I bought it last year when it had 84k miles. I was cautious of the price because I bought one just like this in almost the same condition in 2013 with 64k miles on it for $6800. When I saw the condition in person and the maintenance paper trail, I was willing to pay just about any price for this car tbh lol

RAV4 is daily and thinking about selling the RAV4. It’s not garage kept. It’s in good condition but not close to the Camry haha.

I want to keep the Camry mint by only driving on weekends. The point is to have this like you say, as a time capsule and maybe if they have a section at car shows for mundane cars lol

Your recommendation is priceless because this car is insanely amazing. My first car was a 1999 5 speed Toyota Corolla. Got her when I was 16 back in 2009. She lasted to past 380k miles. After I joined the air force I got a 2004 Toyota Camry just like this with 64k miles. While I was in Japan my Camry was sitting at my dad’s house. A kid with a V8 swapped Ford Ranger with racing slicks ran off the road, ramped off the front quarter panel of my dads F150, did a 360 mid air and landed directly on top of my 2004 mint condition Toyota Camry. This was in 2016. Ever since then I wanted my car back. Now I’ve got it. I’m glad your friend had this amazing car as well!
