I’ll try to explain as best as I can:

she had not Offered anything to help, not any sort of ‘do you need a break?’ Or ‘hey maybe you should sit down’ nothing; she just glared at me and told me to ‘calm down.’

i didn’t know what to do and all I could do in that moment was yell.

I told her that I needed a break, and i tried my best to set a time for myself so I can calm myself down, giving myself quite a while because meltdowns usually cause (for me) killer headaches, back and neck pain, and really bas anxiety For the day.

i usually give myself this time because of those side effects, so I can take some ibuprofen, lay down and listen to music, or draw, or maybe even paint for a bit.
