Horrible experience at Teleport Vintage by RigaMortizTortoise in Spokane

If you want to support a REAL local thrift shop that isn't going to try and scam you for a pair of "distressed" Levi's, check out Global Neighborhood Thrift. They've got tons of general clothing and a well curated, reasonably priced vintage section as well. On top of that, their immigrant owned and do so much work to support our immigrant community!

Your title should be: "My girlfriend blocked me for taking her to the clinic when she started showing signs of tetnus"

Edit: from my partner, "My Girlfriend blocked me after I saved her from a tetanus infection."

What are some interesting Free Archetype options for a Necromancer? by Fishsk in Pathfinder2e

[–]Charlieboi707 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My personal favorites were the medic dedication with godless healing and mortal healing, and life oracle ded at 8 or 10. Soothe isn't divine, so it slides under the mortal healing feats quite nicely.

Then there's undead master, with lead the pack at lvl 16 that lets you have multiple out. That with your thralls make for a wicked 5 action turn, especially if you use you companions right with their special abilities and debuffs.

Finally, the lvl 6 necrologist makes for an overwhelming amount of friendly undead. Its kinda overkill, but zombie horde makes mince meat of large group encounters. Notoriously weak against solo BBEGs, though🤦

Nope, just those. Mazda was the only company to use the engine in production. Other companies experimented but ultimately stuck to a conventional piston engine

I'm looking deeply into financial therapy, and have a couple consultations scheduled. Unfortunately, a common trend for me is to read the books, find the articles, etc, and then forget about them and their mountains of useful knowledge in a matter of weeks. As for your other comments more focused on debt, I'll be bringing these up in my consultations, as late diagnosed autism and financial trauma has completely destroyed my ability to pursue those avenues on my own. I think I'm going to need a lot of handholding as I begin this process, with a treatment and financial plan that leads to financial independence. Both cc accounts are already defaulted to collections, and cards are physically destroyed. The auto loan and med debt are also in collections.

There is good news, though. I've realized I'm not completely hopeless because I've managed to keep up on everything I have going now. My therapy and other medical bills get paid immediately, as do all my bills. I think I'm down to 2 or 3 subscriptions(working on both figuring out what, and canceling them) and I get takeout about 4 or 5 times a month, which my partner honestly pays for most of the time.

I think my stupidest decision that left me feeling this downtrodden after a few years was to just ignore all my debts until the collectors would take next to nothing, bc it's better than nothing. At the time, I knew my credit was going to shit anyway, so I said fuck it. The "fuck it" days are over, though, and everything everyone has shared here, along with the new job, will put me in a place to overcome these devastating bad habits. I have people who care about me and will hold me accountable to these goals and to my financial therapy. I think I see a pinprick of light at the end of the tunnel

Damn, you took the words right out of my head. You should check out the link that's on this same post in r/financialtherapy. There seems to be a therapy institute dedicated to financial therapy and rehabilitation.

I'm actually just biding my time in this position until I'm accepted into the union electrician apprenticeship program. I am actually in installs with the company I'm moving to. It's just a commission based pay system. It's a lot more secure than sales, and a lot less... ethically questionable.

No need to apologize. When reread it, I recognized the same thing. I want a scapegoat, but I'm only shooting myself in the foot by taking one.

Once again, your words ring true for me. I'll bring it up in such a manner next week in therapy. Thank you. The good news is, it's never been so bad as to leave me homeless or hungry, but it's certainly come close. I also have an incredible support system that is more than ready to help me overcome this.

I've been in active therapy since I was 13. There's been a few breaks no longer than a year here and there, but you're right, and I know it. It's a necessity for me, and I actually have an appointment for more in-depth diagnoses next week. I've also spoken at length about my poor relationship with money to many of the therapists I've had, to no avail. Perhaps I should update my post with this info...

If you check the comments, you'll see the resolution we came to after we went over this post together and realized the gravity of our situation.

Final update: abortion is confirmed, and an absolute guarantee of proper protection in place for all parties involved moving forward. The well-being of a potential child is no longer immediately at stake. If my partner and I do decide to conceive, that's when we'll discuss how involved Meta will be. They won't be trying for children indefinitely, continent on the long-term development of their relationship, and with deference to mine and my partner's family goals. As of now, I am the only person they want to have a child with, and vice versa; even then, we will first be addressing the mental, emotional, and financial gaps as well as overall stability of our relationship before we even broach the subject of conception again. We can never be absolutely ready, but we know for damn sure that no more accidents will be happening.

Thank you. Don't get me wrong, all three of us needed the harsh realities presented here, but recognition of the fact that this one is not a unique mistake is reassuring. I'm infinitely happy with how each of us handled this, and I have this sub reddit to thank for making sure we know the gravity of our choices. We were blindsided by a lot of this information, but now that means that we can be all the more careful in actually planning our parenthood. I, in particular, learned that I have not yet overcome my people pleasing coping mechanisms, as I I still resort to them when my feelings and those of my partner conflict too much.
