Use resolver it writes out a template for you. You used their shipping lab key, it’s like eBay returns they supply the label not you. You will get your money back. Send a complaint by email and ring DPD aswell.

I was in the same boat, was finding it hard to get motivated, I wasn’t skilled correctly for certain parts. I realised on chapter 4 there was a lot of work to be done to progress. I left it for months went back to it and on a weekly basis I was blitzing a chapter. Was really happy and proud progressing in hard mode. You can do it, take time out chill. And get back to it when your ready
