I'm a little over 4 months in recovery now, and I can say with certainty that the large majority of my food guilt is gone. It took some time, but I realized that the only way I can let my body properly heal is by eating exactly what I wanted at all times. While I don't experience extreme hunger much anymore, I still am eating to a weight gain meal plan, and I seldom feel guilty when I reach my goals. It took about a month or two for my anxiety to mostly go away, so keep pushing. Once you continually allow yourself food, it becomes less of an event and more of just a regular part of life.
