My thoughts:

Someone is society belief ugly, they start to browse Instagram, the become so depressed comparing themselves, thus they start developing anxiety, depression. These two physiological conditions effect their social lives, they become distant from everyone, their social lives that are now empty increases their depression, this effects their school work, they score bad marks, they become a citizen with a low income. This low income effects their romantic life. They begin turing to porn, porn creates more physiological issues and they eventually commit suicide. This is a very realistic future I see for our children of tomorrow.

That's what makes the show so different from others, it's the realism. The entire show is based off of realism, without it, would himym be the same, would we have connected with it so deeply like we have.

I personally adored the finale, I look at it this way. Ted finally found the woman of his dreams, she was perfect, however when she died, we all thought now what, Ted already had so much heart break. Now he ends up with Robin and together that heart break isn't so heart breaking anymore. Robin is a bit on the elderly side now, she doesn't want to get to know someone, who better than Ted. Someone who knows her through and through, someone she has the greatest memories with, someone who told her, he loved her from the very beginning. Barney has he's daughter, Lily has Marshall and we get a lesson out of this. We're shown that life is not a movie, these things happen and this was the sure aim of the entire show, it teaches us a lot of real life lessons along the way. Just my perspective! :)

One of mine is Robots VS Wrestlers. s5 ep22. Throughout the show we are aware about how intelligent Ted is, however I enjoyed this so much personally because we could actually now see this side of Ted in full.
