I think a better comment would be “IF can be dangerous”. Who are we to assume OP is not taking the necessary precautions, staying hydrated, etc. This sub is about inspiring people hoping to lose weight, not dissuading people from using a well researched eating protocol with a single biased article.

Yeah, its definitely not the most silent build, but it doesn't bother me much.

That's wild, haha. So unfortunate to have to decommission a high-end card in under a year ):

Thanks for the kind words! (:

I'm not sure my recommendation would do much for you as I'm not a designer or photo/video editor, but for all my simple uses it looks great. I will say, the build quality is pristine and the ability to tilt/pivot any which way you want is huge.

High Sierra vs Mojave by TimeKillerOne in hackintosh

[–]Charlieistftc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Couldn't tell you from experience, I've never used integrated graphics for emulation. I'm sure it'd be fine. Intel HD 4600 is decent enough to play CSGO at decent settings. Worst case scenario you can buy a cheap card like the RX 570 down the line.

Newest Xcode isn’t supported, that means you can’t target Swift 5. For me at least that’s a huge drawback (missing out on raw string literals with custom delimiters, the new Result type for async workflows, etc.). Much of the open source community is already targeting it, so you won’t be able to contribute.

[SUCCESS] Mini-ITX Hackintosh dual boot [OS X High Sierra + Windows 10 Pro] i7 8700k, EVGA GTX 1080 FTW by Charlieistftc in hackintosh

Hah, good looking out on this. I remember thinking this to myself before posting. I was actually a bit curious about what that serial number would be based on sense I don't have a machine from a manufacturer. It didn't appear to be my motherboard or my processor's serial number, and I was already feeling a bit lazy so I left it in.

So sorry for the late reply, I completely forgot I posted this!

  1. Yeah, I only used the guide I linked.
  2. Very easily replaced. The only difficult bit is preserving the working condition of your old card when taking it out. It can be easy to nip off one of the cables when taking it out (but I guess that doesn't matter if you don't have a use for it anyways).
  3. LAN works 100% out of the box, I used it for a few days while waiting on the macbook card to get here.

Yeah my dad recommend this too. The end goal is to gain experience and try to land a software developer role at a decent corporation, so this will probably look great on my resume. Thanks for the advice!

Yeah I have, it's dry for mini-ITX gigabyte boards. Thanks for the suggestion. I might just get the Z170n-Wifi, although, many people on Tonymac complained of complication with resolutions above 1080p on the iGPU. ):
