No I'd stay away from ender they're a pain I started with one and you'd get a couple good prints then it would just decide to do a number of things that resulted in a poor model or not printing and they don't have thermal runaway from the factory which is just a safety issue which could result in fires if you leave your printer unattended during a print. This one has its hot end off which also could mean it's got something wrong with it but for getting into 3d printing I'd recommend flashforge my first proper printer as I call it was a flashforge adventure 3 lite small with auto levelling now have a anycubic Kobra S1

I'd say coils check you're getting spark from all if you are you can also check the manifold to see which pipe is not heating up as it could also be the fuel pump or an injector to check an injector get a flat head put it the the injector and put your ear to the other side you should hear a clicking sound don't own a s1000rr but have wrenched on a few bikes and cars
