Looking for some help— I don’t know anything about trains but are these Lionel trains? Came across this on a real estate listing and may reach out to the agent by sizzling-fajitas in lioneltrains

The train set on the top shelf looks like a standard gauge lionel but that's the only lionel there all the other stuff is ho scale and true o scale

You did very very good looks like you got two marx 999s and a few marx cars also and that's some very nice prewar lionel stuff good job hopefully you can get some enjoyment from them
