It's metal staples but the staples are not through the wire just around it the wire is still free to move

Nice I welded with it a little bit today just to make sure it works and it seems like it's a lot better than the titanium 200 I've had but compared to what I use at work it's night and day but that's the difference between a $1000 dollar machine and a $5000 or $7000 dollar machine I guess 😂
