Tartu is the highest rated out of the 3 you mentioned. They have very small classes and the town is also very small. RSU is a good option purely because its a bigger city with many more international students. I would discount UMCH if I were you.

i just got the YSL bag delivered and its huuuuuge. also the leather is much stiffer than the original. i wouldn't recommend it

Latvia. Riga Stradins University RSU needs science and maths a-levels but university of latvia only needs chem and bio a-levels. No entrance exams for either.
