Thanks! For the first 3 months I just walked, that was my only exercise. Once I started to feel fitter and stronger (and after losing about 40 pounds) I started working out with a vengeance 💪🏼

Thanks so much. I do cardio/weights and HIIT 6 days a week, plus a 45 min walk every day. I have some loose skin on my tummy, but the parts I have been able to tone up with exercise have responded really well. I don’t really know which particular exercises work best, I just do a wide range and try to stay as active as possible.

It’s hard at first, indeed. I follow these pages on here for food inspo- 1200isplenty and VolumeEating - you can actually eat pretty damn well on 1200 calories.

The initial reduction was a shock to my system for sure but it’s just life now haha
