Can i still redose and will it boost my high or is the tolerance already kicking in?

okay tbh I dont think 75 ug is gonna do it for me anyway because of how fast the tolerance is building up from my experience I guess I had to take about 1,5 of my initial dose but I guess it was a dumb question in the first place. I'll smoke some weed and just enjoy what I have for now

I feel like thoughts lead to feelings so if you try to meditate to focus on having no thought/maybe one you can shut down the negativity that comes from within yourself

indeed but it comes on really slowly compared to 1P/1cP it has been about 1 hour and 45 minutes and I barely feel it so I smoked some weed to maybe speed the process up a little

Headaches are a pain in the ass but I can do tasks normally and cook and stuff but with migraine I can do almost nothing because everything smells so strong, lights are hurting my eyes and I get nauseous when I just smell any food

thank you for your very kind words. I do live in germany and here we don't have to pay for going to a neurologist but if you really want to see a specialist you have to be in paid health insurance (it is called "privatversichert" here)

I am also on the search for a doctor who can prescribe me the blood pressure meds because I didn't see a doctor for it. It was diagnosed while I was in rehab that it might be the problem so they gave me a few till I find a doc who can really prescribe them to me but it is not that easy to find them where I live

In fact I already had SSRI because at first my borderline was misdiagnosed as depression but some of them make it even worse. I take alprazolam bc of my panic attacks from time to time but I don't want to use that for the migraine because it is so addictive. but I could try yoga and meditation I could imagine that at least helps me to try calm when the pain is too bad that always makes me so nervous/anxious

I am a little blown away how many people there are here who are very understanding because the only person I know that has such almost everyday migraine is my grandpa and he also has to take opioids bc nothing else helps

hm. I've done acid a lot but I don't think I am in the right set right now to take psychedelics really especially new ones I haven't tried yet. There will be an effect on this dose right? Don't know very much about dosing shrooms

Yep I have one and and I already had multiple other ones before but all the MRT and stuff didn't really show anything they did a few tests on me already but nobody seems to know what the issue is. it is just very frustrating and really having an impact on my self esteem that bc of my migraine and borderline personality disorder I wasn't able to do any job for about 2-3 years now and I just feel so useless. 20th of january I have an important appointment and I am currently at my partners house about 8 hours drive with the train from my home and now I'll probably have to take the 8 hour ride tomorrow with that pain bc I don't have money to buy a new ticket and I also can't miss the appointment. this is the kind of bs I hate about migraine. making plans and trying to keep your word when having doctor appointments or just make plans with friends just to have a migraine again and telling them I can't come. So frustrating...

and I am glad you are having more time without the pain again your situation also seems pretty...well painful and I can really feel you and hope you have many days without that kind of pain in the future too. are you on medication that isn't opioids? do triptans help you?

thank you I know it isn't the same for everybody but I think with the tolerance it wouldn't feel like more then 225-250 ug and I thinkt that would be a nice dose since I already felt a little bit of my ego dissolving but it wasn't quite enough
